EMERYVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - March 16, 2016) -  Avalon Securities, Ltd.'s efforts were spearheaded by its investment banking team consisting of Kenneth Segal, Brian Shaughnessy and Roger Johnson*. Avalon Securities, Ltd. served as exclusive financial advisor to North American Recovery Management, LLC (NARM). NARM's management team is made up of experts in the demolition, remediation and recovery industry. The company is in the business of acquiring improvements to commercial real estate assets, managing the demolition, and selling its commodity contents to generate profits. The new funds were raised to acquire a decommissioned paper mill in Maine. NARM intends to pursue acquisitions of decommissioned industrial properties including manufacturing and power generation.
