The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, workforce and businesses. The program divides companies into two categories, 70 small/medium-sized (15-249 employees) and 30 large-sized (250+ employees). 2016 marks the fourth time that R&J Strategic Communications has been honored in the small/medium-sized group.

Companies from across the state completed a rigorous two-step survey process through which the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey were selected. A majority of the scoring comes from employee experience surveys, as well as evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Best Companies Group, who manages the registration process and survey, uses the combined scores and data analyzation expertise to determine the final rankings within the top 100 workplaces.
The final rankings will be announced live on the big screen at the awards program produced by NJBIZ. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards reception and ceremony will be held at a new venue and time on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 5 PM – 8 PM at iPlay America’s Event Center in Freehold, NJ. Guests are invited to access the amusement park to enjoy rides, games and dessert when the program ends.
