AR PACKAGING APPOINTS HARRI-PEKKA KAUKONEN AND HANNU KOTTONEN AS NEW BOARD MEMBERS

The Board of Directors of ÅR Packaging Group AB, Lund, Sweden, has appointed Harri-Pekka Kaukonen and Hannu Kottonen as new members of the board.

Harri-Pekka Kaukonen (born 1963) is currently vice chairman and member of the board of directors of Evli Bank Oyj and Lindström Group. Further, he is a member of the board of directors of Tieto Oyj, Ahlström Oyj and Umni Oy. Harri-Pekka Kaukonen was President and CEO of Sanoma Oyj 2011-2015. He holds a Doctor's Degree in Technology and a Master of Science in Technical physics from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland.

Hannu Kottonen (born 1957) is currently chairman of the board of directors and CEO of Kinttuviisas Oy. He was CEO of HKScan Oyj and member of the board of directors of HK Scan Oyj Group 2012-2016. Hannu Kottonen holds a Master of Science in Economics from Turku School of Economics, Finland.
