NEW YORK, May 03, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP announces that Regina Calcaterra, Esquire, has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office.  Ms. Calcaterra has extensive experience representing public and labor pension funds in complex securities litigation.

Ms. Calcaterra comes to Wolf Haldenstein with twenty-eight years of legal and policy-making experience in both the private and public sectors including executive level positions for the State of New York and the County of Suffolk. Prior to her recent public service, Ms. Calcaterra was a partner in a securities litigation practice where she represented large institutional investors including US and European public and labor pension funds who were victims of financial fraud. Such matters included In re WorldCom Securities Litigation, In re Merrill Lynch Securities Litigation and In re McKesson Securities Litigation.
