Atlas Resource Partners Announces Suspension of Common and Class C Preferred Unit Distributions


FORT WORTH, Texas, May 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE:ARP) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected to suspend ARP’s common unit and Class C preferred distributions, beginning with the month of March of 2016, due to the continued lower commodity price environment.
