California-Based Global Conductor Expands Capabilities With New Office in Texas

PLANO, TX --(Marketwired - May 26, 2016) - Global Conductor today announced the opening of a new office in the trendy Lincoln Legacy One in Plano, TX. Global Conductor, a management consulting firm with projects worldwide, has decided to make a significant commitment to the rapidly growing Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and the new Plano office is a major milestone for the firm. Global Conductor Plano will support the firm's operations and continue to provide its full range of professional services. The new Plano office will be located in 2,220 acre Legacy Development with many prominent national and regional headquarters including JC Penney, HP, Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group and Frito Lay.

"We share the same values and goals as the companies based here," said Shanon Seward, Global Conductor's newest Associate Partner and Central Region VP who will be leading the Texas-based office. "Leadership, a dedication to what is best for people and our company, and promise for the future."

Before coming to Global Conductor, Shanon led the delivery of large-scale Finance and HR ERP systems up to $25M, and most recently managed a large business transformation project at a global automotive manufacturer newly based in Plano, TX. Over 10% of the firm's consultants will be reallocated part or full-time to Global Conductor Plano and nearby clients in the coming months.

The opening of Global Conductor Plano will provide a new local source for advisory and business transformation services. Based on their Listen-Connect-Orchestrate approach, the firm focuses on immersing themselves in their Clients' initiatives -- listening to their needs, establishing solid connections within the organization and with talent externally, and as a result, orchestrating strategy to successfully achieve their Clients' goals.

Global Conductor's expansion is a great move for the firm, who has been working with Texas-based companies since 2004, and has been instrumental in helping other F500's make the move there. Texas is home to America's top 3 Fastest Growing Cities, including the Dallas-Plano area, according to Forbes.com. While Plano's 3.4% unemployment rate is good news for the local economy, it can also lead to a talent shortage, something Global Conductor is uniquely positioned to help mitigate. 78% of Global Conductor's consultants have a Big-5 consulting or F500 background with an average of 18 years in their field of expertise. With their consultant base growing at over 22% per year, Global Conductor has the experience and capacity to lead projects and fill opportunities on demand.

"We are very excited to be in Plano -- the atmosphere here is inspiring," said GC's CEO and President, Troy Edgar. "We are looking forward to helping build our client's networks, bridge talent openings, and successfully plan and deliver. We are focused on flexibility, scalability, and proven expertise -- and this is what we hope to provide for our Clients."
