Capps as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Capps will report directly to Platform’s Chief Executive Officer, Rakesh Sachdev.

Previously, Mr. Capps worked with American Household, Inc., until its acquisition by Jarden in January 2005, and as a private lawyer with the firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
