Power Solutions International to Extend Filing of Second Quarter 2016 Form 10-Q


WOOD DALE, Ill., Aug. 10, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Solutions International, Inc. (Nasdaq:PSIX), a leader in the design, engineer and manufacture of emissions-certified, alternative-fuel power systems, today announced that the Company intends to file a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the Company’s filing of its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2016 as it was unable to file within the prescribed due date of August 9, 2016.  The Company will issue a press release announcing a date for the second quarter earnings release, Form 10-Q filing and conference call as soon as possible following completion of the financial statements to be included in the Form 10-Q.

Jefferies Industrials Conference
As a result of the second quarter 2016 financial reporting delay, the Company regrets that it will no longer participate in the Jefferies 12th Annual Industrials Conference being held on Thursday, August 11th.
