The Contract Has a Total Potential Value of Over $33 Million If All Options Exercised


SAN DIEGO, Aug. 17, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider announced today that prime contract holder CALNET Inc. was recently awarded the Engineering and Support Services for Network and Information Systems Technology Programs IDIQ Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with the Networks Division (Code 55100) at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific). The five-year multiple award contract has a total value of over $33 million if all options are exercised. Kratos will provide technical support services for afloat, ashore, and airborne networks and information systems. Support will include assessing network requirements; designing system architecture; network modeling, simulation, and testing; network technology and prototype development; network security; information assurance and certification of networks; and network management.
