Asiakastieto Group acquires Intellia Oy and strengthens development work in sales and marketing services

Asiakastieto Group has signed an agreement to aquire the entire capital stock of Intellia Oy from Ilves Solutions Oy and the private shareholders of the company. The agreement was signed today 30 August 2016 and the transaction enters into force on 1 October 2016. The price of the transaction will not be published.

The net sales of Intellia Oy for the financial year 2015 amounted to 2,2 million euros. The net sales of Asiakastieto Group Oyj's product area of Customer Management services were 3,0 million euros in 2015. Intellia also offers services suitable for consumer marketing, which have previously not been included in Asiakastieto's service range. 

Asiakastieto Group Oyj's CEO Jukka Ruuska: "After the transaction, sales and marketing services will form over 10 per cent of Asiakastieto Group's net sales. The knowhow and expertise of Intellia and its personnel will assist us in the future to build a base for even stronger service development in the field of sales and marketing. In addition new data coverage and expertise complement the service offering."

In connection with the transaction, Esa Kumpu from Intellia Oy will be appointed Director responsible for the product area of Customer Management and a member of Asiakastieto's executive team. The appointment requires that the transaction be realized.
