Amedisys Closes Professional Profiles Acquisition

BATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 02, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amedisys, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMED), one of America's leading home health and hospice companies, as of September 1, 2016, has closed on the previously announced acquisition of Professional Profiles, Inc., for $4.4 million.
