Collector publishes prospectus and changes publication date for its report for the third quarter


The prospectus relating to Collector’s issue of shares with preferential rights
for the Company’s shareholders has now been approved and registered by the
Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is now available on the Company’s
website  www.collector.se/en/rights-issue and SEB’s website
www.sebgroup.com/prospectuses.

Due to the ongoing rights issue, Collector has decided to change the publication
date for its report for the third quarter 2016. New time for publication will be
at 08.15 a.m. CET on October 31, 2016.
