The event will empower young women to take control of their career paths and finances to build a successful future, and will feature presentations by Hearst CCO Joanna Coles, supermodels Tyra Banks and Ashley Graham, Spanx founder Sara Blakely, Rent the Runway founder and CEO Jennifer Hyman, SoulCycle CEO Melanie Whelan, Tinder founder and CEO Sean Rad, Warby Parker co-founder David Gilboa, among others.
