One hundred Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton masked individuals stormed New York City's Washington Square Park in the first of many disruptive events, designed as a launch for a new crowd-sourced social good platform called GIVIT, which produces provocative, outrageous and disruptive content to raise money for charity, through the use of its innovative technology. The Trump/Clinton dodgeball stunt raised money for the platform's first three charities: The ALS Association Golden West Chapter, The Teen Project, and LymeLight Foundation/Avril Lavigne Foundation.
Students, executives, kids and tourists witnessed what will now become GIVIT's trademark: Disruptive events meant to entertain, inform, and inspire others to join their movement to change the way people connect with charities and causes. The crowd enjoyed watching the street dance-off that led to a dodgeball game while two huge Clinton and Trump bobblehead characters interacted, danced and even kissed at the event!
As a live stream captured the dodgeball stunt, viewers at home were able to choose to donate from the feed to the various charity partners via the GIVIT button. With donation amounts as low as 99 cents and an ever-expanding list of causes, GIVIT provides an easy and fun way for people who want to donate to good causes while fitting any budget.
"Over the course of the year, we'll be creating entertaining, fun, and outrageous stunts/events just like this and even bigger, all while inspiring individuals to donate to various charities that we've partnered with," said Napoleon Canizales, CEO of GIVIT. "We have many disruptive events planned for the next few months. Our goal is to make charitable giving easy and fun, while entertaining millions of people who enjoy watching and sharing fun video content."

About The ALS Association
The mission of The ALS Association is to lead the fight to treat and cure ALS through global research and nationwide advocacy while also empowering people with Lou Gehrig's Disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support. We are a member of the National Health Council and the only national organization solely dedicated to fighting ALS on all fronts while directly serving the ALS community. By leading the way in global research, providing assistance for people with ALS through a nationwide network of chapters, coordinating multidisciplinary care through certified clinical care centers, and fostering government partnerships, The ALS Association builds hope and enhances quality of life while aggressively searching for new treatments and a cure. The Golden West Chapter serves people with ALS and their families in 31 counties throughout California and in the state of Hawaii.
About The Teen Project
The Teen Project provides teens aging out of the foster care system with all of the resources and support of an intact family, and allows the greatest opportunity for a successful transition to adulthood. Where most teens are entering this time of their life with a sense of awe and opportunity, foster kids are left in a state of desperation. Without a home to return to, they often sleep on couches, in cars or turn themselves in to the local homeless shelter. For these kids the future is bleak and The Teen Project helps them strong, independent adults.
About LymeLight
LymeLight's mission is to provide grants to enable eligible children and young adults with Lyme disease to receive proper treatment and medication as well as raising awareness about Lyme disease. LymeLight Foundation was started by two families who have children diagnosed with Lyme disease. Through their children's struggle, both families discovered the incredible expense of battling Lyme disease and the inability of many families to afford proper treatment. Unfortunately, most treatment plans for Chronic Lyme are not covered by insurance. Existing Lyme foundations mainly focus on funding research and awareness. LymeLight Foundation is uniquely dedicated to funding medical treatment for individuals with Lyme.
