SPOKANE, WASHINGTON--(Marketwired - Nov. 29, 2016) - The Board of Directors of REGI U.S., Inc. (the "Company") (OTCQB:RGUS) announce a RESCHEDULED DATE for the Special Shareholder Meeting to be held on FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2017 at 10:00a.m. (Pacific Time), at the Corporate office of REGI U.S., Inc., Suite 10 - 7520 N. Market St., Spokane, WA, 99217, USA for the following purposes:

  1. to approve an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of common stock from 100,000,000 shares of common stock, with no par value, to 150,000,000 shares of common stock, with no par value;

  2. to elect directors to serve our company for the ensuing year and until their successors are elected; and

  3. to transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Friday, November 4, 2016 has been set as the record date for the determination of Shareholders eligible to vote on these matters.
