To ensure maximum customer choice, VIQ has partnered with leading global cloud providers including Amazon Web Service (AWS) and Amazon S3. The VIQ workflow is also compatible with private cloud solutions.

The entire workflow, from capture to storage, is provided to customers for a contracted fixed monthly fee, with additional charges depending on bandwidth usage and storage requirements.

The innovative workflow will see audio and associated digital files captured in the NMC's multiple interview rooms automatically streamed to the Amazon S3 cloud for secure storage and authorized access.
