HEICO Corporation Increases Semi-Annual Cash Dividend 13 percent

Represents 77th Consecutive Semi-Annual Cash Dividend


MIAMI and HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Dec. 13, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A) (NYSE:HEI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $.09 per share, payable on both classes of common stock.  The cash dividend will be paid on January 18, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2017.

The cash dividend represents a 13% increase over the prior semi-annual per share amount of $.08 and is HEICO’s 77th consecutive semi-annual cash dividend since 1979. 

The Company also noted that, given the strength in HEICO’s share prices and the Company’s history of stock splits and stock dividends, the Board of Directors intends to consider a stock split or stock dividend at its next regular meeting on March 17, 2017.  Historically, the Company has declared 14 stock splits or stock dividends since 1995.
