Mokriya Acquired By Nagarro

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 14, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- We are excited to announce that Mokriya, Inc. has been acquired by Nagarro, Inc. When we first started Mokriya, our mission was to build great software that could change the world. From the beginning, we fully internalized Marc Andreessen’s hypothesis that “software is eating the world.” We went about executing on this vision by hiring the best engineers, designers and product managers that we could find across the globe. We are proud of the globally diverse and eclectic team we’ve built — we come from more than 10 different countries. Our backgrounds cover a wide range, from math Ph.D.s  to self-taught programmers to computer science professors to design mavens. This has been proven out by the work we’ve done with our clients, including  industry giants like Google, Twitter, Intel, AT&T, Verizon, SanDisk, Salesforce, Estee Lauder, and many more.

We have been able to accomplish all this by bootstrapping our way to success with zero outside capital and lots of sweat equity. Becoming part of the Nagarro team allows us to massively expand on our vision: Building great software by small, nimble teams comprised of the best software craftsmen and women across the globe.

The Nagarro team shares our vision and has been known for their enterprise agile approach, which brings the best software development practices to Fortune 500 companies. Because of our shared vision to build great software and our compatible company cultures,  it’s clear to us that becoming part of Nagarro is the best choice for both our clients and our employees. We will continue to deliver the software excellence that we are known for, with the added scale that Nagarro provides.

Mokriya will continue to operate independently under the Nagarro umbrella, with a focus on high-end design and engineering work. Nagarro’s CEO, Manas Fuloria, calls Mokriya its Silicon Valley outpost — we will be at the forefront, helping clients innovate on the latest digital platforms.

We cannot thank our clients, employees, and advisors enough for their continued support. We’ve been privileged to work with you all over the past few years and look forward to the next steps in our journey.
