("Hoylu" or the "Company") today announced the acquisition of We-inspire GmbH and confirms its first day of trading on Monday the 20 February 2017 (the "Listing").
Following a private placement of shares to professional investors of SEK 25 mill. Hoylu has acquired We-inspire GmbH a spin-off from Mi-Lab at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Campus Hagenberg in Austria. We-inspire is a software company with a portfolio consisting of applications for idea generation and Creative Collaboration. The founders and management team of We-inspire joined Hoylu in January 2017.
