(NASDAQ:SPKE), a Delaware corporation (“Spark” or the “Company”), announced today that it has changed the date of its Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2016 conference call to Friday, March 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM Central (11:00 AM Eastern), from the previously scheduled March 9 date. Spark is in a position to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016 earlier than previously anticipated.
