Elkhorn Declares Dividend Distributions for 11 ETFs

WHEATON, Ill., March 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Elkhorn Investments, LLC, a pioneer of research-based investing, announces dividend distributions for 11 of its ETFs.

Elkhorn declares the first distributions for its nine S&P MidCap Sector ETFs (XD, XE, XF, XH, XI, XK, XM, XS, XU). The ETFs are the first midcap sector ETFs available. They provide investable market cap exposure to the underlying GICS sectors of the S&P MidCap 400® Index and distribute dividends on a quarterly basis.

Additionally, the Elkhorn S&P High Quality Preferred ETF (EPRF) distributed $0.14000 per share, an annualized distribution yield of 7.02%, and the Elkhorn Lunt Low Vol/High Beta Tactical ETF (LVHB) distributed $0.09025 per share, an annualized distribution yield of 1.22%, based on the closing NAVs on March 24th.

EPRF tracks the S&P U.S. High Quality Preferred Stock Index and makes distributions on a monthly basis.  The index selects fixed-rate investment grade preferred issues (BBB- or higher) from U.S. listed preferred stocks and equally weights the holdings by issuer. LVHB, a next generation, low-volatility rotation ETF, distributes on a quarterly basis and tactically rotates between the S&P 500 Low Volatility Index and the S&P 500 High Beta Index.

Important Information
There are risks involved with investing in ETFs, including possible loss of money. Shares are not actively managed and are subject to risks similar to those of stocks, including those regarding short selling and margin maintenance requirements. Ordinary brokerage commissions apply. The Fund's return may not match the return of the Underlying Index. Beta investing entails investing in securities that are more volatile based on historical market index data. The fund may be more volatile since it will, from time to time, seek to have exposure to the most volatile securities. Volatile stocks may be subject to sharp swings in value, and may change unpredictably, affecting the value of such equity securities and, consequently, the value of the Shares. The funds are new and have limited operating histories. One cannot invest directly into an index.

High beta stocks are the 100 stocks from the S&P 500 with the highest sensitivity to market movements, or beta, over the past 12 months. Low vol stocks are the 100 stocks from the S&P 500 with the lowest realized volatility over the past 12 months. The 30-Day SEC yield figure reflects the dividends and interest earned during the period, after the deduction of the Fund's expenses.

The S&P MidCap 400® provides investors with a benchmark for mid-sized companies. The S&P U.S. High Quality Preferred Stock Index selects fixed-rate investment grade preferred issues (BBB- or higher) from U.S. listed preferred stocks. The S&P 500® Low Volatility Index measures performance of the 100 least volatile stocks in the S&P 500. The S&P 500® High Beta Index measures the performance of 100 constituents in the S&P 500 that are most sensitive to changes in market returns.

Shares are not individually redeemable and owners of the shares may acquire those shares from the fund and tender those shares for redemption to the fund in Creation Units only, typically consisting of 50,000 Shares.
