Anne Hiller is named Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships. Daniel Schwalbe joins as Director of Engineering, replacing Ben April, who now leads the company’s newly formed Research team as Director of Research, and Tony Patti joins as Director of New Business.

“Anne, Daniel and Tony are proven industry leaders and I am delighted to have them join Farsight. As Director of Engineering, Daniel will execute our product vision as well as provide technical leadership to our highly experienced technical team. On the business side, Anne and Tony will help drive revenue for the company and build new relationships with partners and commercial and government organizations who want to consume our data. Organizations around the world increasingly are using our valuable DNS data to identify and protect against the latest cyberattacks,” said Dr. Paul Vixie, CEO and Cofounder of Farsight Security, Inc.

Ms. Hiller has extensive experience in business development and marketing for Internet security solution providers. Prior to joining Farsight, she served as Vice President of Marketing for 41st Parameter, a provider of person-not-present fraud detection solutions acquired by Experian. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Schwalbe has a BA in Communications from the University of Washington and CISSP, CISM, CIPP/US, CSFA certifications.

“In my role as a network defender, I learned pretty early on that context is everything. Without it, it can be difficult to distinguish unusual-but-benign traffic from actual malicious activity. Farsight Security is a preeminent purveyor of real-time actionable threat intelligence that provides this context, and I feel honored and privileged to join the team that helps produce it,” said Mr. Schwalbe, Director of Engineering, Farsight Security, Inc.

Mr. Patti has more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing new sales strategies, tactics, and plans to drive revenue and reduce operating costs for technology organizations. “I am excited to join a team of industry pioneers and thought leaders at a time when the cybersecurity market – and demand for Farsight’s DNS intelligence -- is in a period of explosive growth.
