Associa's Greg Smith to Present at Multiple Community Association Management National Conferences


SAN FRANCISCO, April 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa is proud to announce Greg Smith, senior vice president of management services for its Northern California branch and Community Associations Institute (CAI) president, will be a featured presenter at both CAI's National Conference and Expo and the Strata Community Australia (SCA) National Conference.

Smith will appear on a panel on Friday, May 5, at the CAI event in Las Vegas, Nev., entitled "What's Happening Around the World -- an Education Session" and will also preside over the general meetings during the annual conference and exposition lasting May 4 and 5. Additionally, Smith will present with CAI's Dawn Bauman on a topic entitled "Building Community – A U.S. Perspective" on Friday, June 16, at the SCA National Conference in Valley, NSW.

Smith earned his CMCA, AMS and PCAM certifications through CAI and has been active as a committee and board member for more than 12 years. He is currently serving in his sixth year on CAI's national Board of Trustees, served as chair of CAI's Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM) Board of Directors in 2014, and as president-elect in 2016.
