Skjalg Sylte Stavheim, Managing Director of Hexagon Ragasco and primary insider, has today bought 4,500 shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at the price of NOK 26.80 per share. This transaction is a mandated part of the Group's incentive scheme for the executive management.
After the transaction Skjalg Sylte Stavheim holds 29,215 shares in the company.
