Hill International Announces Expected Completion of Sale of Construction Claims Group to Private Equity Firm Bridgepoint


PHILADELPHIA, May 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it expects to complete the sale of its Construction Claims Group to Bridgepoint Development Capital, part of international private equity group Bridgepoint, in the near future.  The Company had previously announced that the closing of the transaction was expected to occur on or about April 30, 2017.  The parties are currently finalizing the negotiation of an amendment to the agreement that will facilitate the closing.
