Athletes will have free health screenings by LifeLabs at the 2017 Summer Games


Burnaby, BC, May 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LifeLabs announced today that it will proudly serve as sponsors of the Healthy Athletes program at Special Olympics’ 2017 Summer Games in Kamloops, British Columbia. The Healthy Athletes program will help athletes perform at their best by providing free health screenings and health-focused education provided by volunteer health care professionals. The program supports athletes with intellectual disabilities focusing on podiatry, physical therapy, vision, dentistry, audiology, and health promotion, to name a few.
