Dining  enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike will enjoy a night out unlike any other, strapped in by six-point harnesses for safety while enjoying a multi-course gourmet dining experience. Dinner in the Sky practices the most stringent of safety standards and prides itself on a perfect safety record through over a decade of operations. More than just a dinner, this is a dining attraction. Here at Dinner in the Sky you will enjoy your dinner 150 feet above the ground with the backdrop of Vancouver, the surrounding city and North Shore Mountains.

Dinner packages will start at $399 per person and include a four-course meal, a complimentary glass of champagne and a premium starter. There are also lunch/brunch packages starting at $296 per person. With the event 70% sold out, there are limited tickets still available, so ensure you get your spot before it sells out.

Dinner in the Sky has collaborated with Chef Travis Peterson, owner of the Nomad Cook (@the_nomadcook), an exclusive dinner party company that specializes in upscale dining experiences and catering. Chef Petersen will be working alongside Chef Josh Gale, a born-and-bred Vancouver native.

Chef Gale (@thechefoutwest) takes immense pride in highlighting seasonal, high-quality ingredients from local farmers, foragers, purveyors and producers across British Columbia. He has helmed the kitchens of Juniper, Wildebeest and Nicli's Next Door, and traveled to New York to stage at the Michelin starred Cafe Boulud.

Chef Evan Elman (@youngchefbutter) will also be adding his culinary experience to Dinner in the Sky.  Chef Elman recently finished working as the Chef de Partie at Relais & Châteauxʼs Wedgewood Hotel & Spa. He has traveled extensively as the Sous-Chef for a boutique cruise ship in Antarctica, as well as a luxury fishing lodge on the remote island of Haida Gwaii. After working for the Hawksworth Group last May, Evan orchestrated a pop-up dinner in New York City that was attended by diners from the New York Times, Food & Wine, and Complex Magazine. Evan’s food is inspired by the changing seasons of BC.

Lastly, Chef Marcus Von Albretch, former chairman of Canadian Culinary Federation, will be overseeing the culinary operation at Dinner in the Sky.  His leadership skills are a vital part on the various boards heʼs involved with: British Columbiaʼs Chef Association, Canadian Food Safety Management, North American Grand Prix, and AREGALA. Chef Von Albretch has won numerous awards, most notably “Chef of the Year for British Columbia”.
