FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today released its 2016 Corporate Responsibility Report (CRR), highlighting the company’s ongoing commitment to corporate responsibility including diversity and inclusion; employee engagement; support for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education; environmental sustainability; supplier diversity and ethics. This is the 10th year the company has published a corporate responsibility report.

The 2016 CRR is consistent with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. GRI is a third-party organization that has developed a widely-used environmental, social and governance reporting framework. The report is also evaluated by an independent external review panel that provides feedback and advice from a stakeholder perspective.
