This ground-breaking technology offers unprecedented flexibility to meet the most demanding needs of creative agencies and graphic designers.
Looking to better serve the needs of its clients, Flash Reproductions set out to find a solution that can provide high quality, short-run work – one that would pass the discerning quality standard of the design community. After extensive research and technical validation, they landed on a decision to select and install Konica Minolta’s AccurioJet KM-1 inkjet press.
The AccurioJet KM-1 inkjet press combines the speed and flexibility of offset presses with the digital benefits of variable data printing and the elimination of make-readies.
Key product highlights include:
- Ability to print on 23” x 29.5” sheet size, allowing for 6-up full bleed letter-size printing at 3,000 pages per hour
- Prints on 17 lb vellum up to 24 point stock weights, without any pre-coating necessary
- Automatic perfecting/duplexing up to 18 point
- Prints on traditional offset/litho stocks, as well as textured, synthetics, and canvas
- Unique patented UV ink immediately cures for greater post-press durability
