National Guard to Build Rock-Climbing Walls at New Mexico Location

Intends to Award Contract to Certified WOSB


Albuquerque, New Mexico, Aug. 14, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The U.S. Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, USPFO for New Mexico, released on Monday, August 14 a combined synopsis/solicitation in which it announced plans to build portable rock-climbing walls at 600 Wyoming Blvd. NE in Albuquerque.

The agency intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) that can provide the parts and equipment necessary to construct the portable rock-climbing walls.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920 - Sporting Goods Manufacture, and the size standard is 750 employees.

Interested and capable WOSBs must respond by no later than August 28, 2017 at 12 p.m. MST. Responses must be sent to Nickles F. Bonner at nickles.f.bonner.mil@mail.mil.
