Arkansas Department of Education Approves Istation for Grades K–2

Arkansas Schools Receive Free Access to Istation’s Assessments in Reading, Math and Spanish


Dallas, Aug. 30, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Istation, an industry leader in educational technology, has been awarded a statewide contract with the Arkansas Department of Education. Under the terms of the agreement, Istation’s formative assessment (known as ISIP™) will be available as one of three assessments free of charge to Arkansas schools for students in kindergarten through second grade.

Istation’s ISIP provides reliable data with frequent, grade-appropriate, computer-adaptive evaluations for students. Adjusting to each student’s ability, the interactive assessments keep developing-learners engaged and provide educators with the data they need to help students grow.

An entire class can be assessed in all measures in just 30 to 40 minutes in a computer lab setting. The Istation program provides instant scoring results and a wealth of reports, including Lexile® and Quantile measures, in addition to over 2,500 teacher directed lessons for targeted instruction.
