Rathbone Brothers Plc (the "Company")

On 4 October 2017, ordinary shares of 5p were allotted at £26.11 (mid-market close on 2 October 2017) to Equniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of the Company's Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan"), in respect of the reinvestment of the Rathbone Brothers Plc 2017 Interim dividend.
