TORONTO, Oct. 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dye & Durham Corporation ("Dye & Durham"), Canada's leading provider of easy-to-use legal software and technology enabled services, announced today that it has acquired the remaining 49% of Easy Convey Ltd of the UK, bringing Dye & Durham’s holding to 100 percent.

Founded in 2000, Easy Convey’s comprehensive electronic conveyancing case management solution is one of the largest conveyancing platforms in England and Wales. The software significantly reduces data entry duplication and increases productivity. It is used daily by hundreds of legal professionals across England and Wales.
