With reference to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Nilfisk Holding A/S has been notified by Ferd AS that Ferd AS has a total shareholding of 1.682.073 shares corresponding to 6,20 % of the share capital and voting rights of Nilfisk Holding A/S.
