National Vision Celebrates Major Milestone with Opening of 1,000th Retail Location

DULUTH, Ga., Oct. 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Vision Holdings, Inc. (“National Vision”), one of the nation’s largest optical retailers, is today celebrating a major milestone: the opening of the company’s 1,000th retail location. Located in the Western Plaza shopping center at 1713 S. Western Avenue in Los Angeles, CA, the store is part of the company’s America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses brand.  A grand opening event is being planned for later in the year.

Stores carry a wide selection of eyeglass frames (including designer brands), contact lenses and eyeglass accessories and offer an eye exam and two pairs of eyeglasses for $69.95. Nationwide, eye exams are available onsite by a licensed optometrist or customers can bring in an outside prescription in order to purchase eyeglasses or contact lenses. Each location is equipped with state-of-the-art optometric equipment so that customers get quality eye care at an affordable and accessible price.
