TORONTO, Nov. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fintech Select Ltd. (“Fintech Select” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:FTEC) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement with 8159181 Canada Inc. (“Canadian Bitcoins”), a Cryptocurrency exchange dealer for the rollout of the Company’s national POS Cryptocurrency purchasing solution.
Fintech Select previously announced an LOI with Canadian Bitcoins on October 4, 2017. The execution of the definitive agreement between the Company and Canadian Bitcoins is a significant achievement for the Selectcoin platform and is an integral component to the overall eco-system. The company is currently preparing marketing material as part of the test rollout for the national network of POS locations which will have Cryptocurrency purchasing capability.
The final piece is now in place to launch our enabled POS network to facilitate the buying and selling of Cryptocurrencies thereby driving a high margin transactional business model for the company. We have been structuring our roll out strategy and have been in discussions with multiple strategic partners who have been expressing their interest in our solution.
The company will be providing market updates as it moves towards the initial launch of test locations and all expansion phases of the Selectcoin platform within Canada and potentially other regions.
