(NASDAQ:YOGA), one of the largest providers of high quality yoga instruction in the U.S., continues to expand its national footprint with today’s acquisition of Infinity Yoga’s four Atlanta-based studios. This deal marks YogaWorks’ entry into Georgia and expands the Company’s portfolio to 66 locations across the country.
Founded by Becky Nickerson and Matt Shechtman in 2013, Infinity Yoga operates four studios in Atlanta’s Brookhaven, Buckhead, Dunwoody and Old Fourth Ward neighborhoods. Recognized as one of the Southeast’s premier yoga studios, Infinity Yoga offers hundreds of classes each week for all types of students. Infinity Yoga prides itself on diverse and authentic programming, ranging from vinyasa to yin and restorative, a wide variety of meditation offerings, and even yoga for runners and athletes. In the months ahead, Infinity Yoga’s website and studio name will transition to the YogaWorks brand as the Company aims to raise local brand visibility.
