Consti Group Plc has received an order for the complete renovation of two properties in Helsinki, Oy Ässäkeskus Ab and KOy Vallilan toimisto
Consti Group Plc has received an order for the complete renovation of two properties, Oy Ässäkeskus Ab and KOy Vallilan toimisto, located in the Vallila district of Helsinki, Finland.
The preliminary cost estimate for the project is approximately EUR 35 million. It includes the complete renovation of three buildings belonging to the property KOy Vallilan toimisto and facility modifications in the Oy Ässäkeskus Ab property as well as repairs to technical building services systems. The project has been commissioned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, which is the owner of the property.
Consti will begin work on the site in January 2018, and the project is due to be completed by the end of 2019. The work will be conducted under a project management agreement with a target budget.
The parties aim to sign the final contract by the end of 2017.
The project will cover a gross area of approximately 51,000 m2.
KOy Vallilan toimisto comprises three listed buildings, which were completed in 1920, 1934 and 1938. Oy Ässäkeskus Ab was built in 1992, and the building will remain in use throughout the renovation project.
The project will significantly improve Consti's order book for 2018 and 2019.
