(TSX VENTURE:SAI) ("Sunshine Agri-Tech" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Ms. Jin Kuang as Chief Financial Officer. The Board and Management would like to thank Ms. Kuang for her service to the Company over the past 7 years.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Ying Xu as Chief Financial officer. Ms. Xu is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive international experience in both Canada and China. She is experienced with private and public companies in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, food and beverage, manufacturing, energy, airlines, mining and technology. Ms. Xu previously held senior positions with MNP LLP, Smythe LLP and Ernst & Young LLP.
