Amfil Technologies Inc Provides Update on the Snakes & Lattes Board Game Publishing Division

Toronto, ON, Dec. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amfil Technologies Inc (OTC: AMFE) is pleased to provide shareholders and the investment community with an update on the Snakes & Lattes Game publishing division.

Originally announced in July 2017, the publishing division came into existence in response to repeated inquiries from our customers and from aspiring game developers. The company’s presence, knowledge, and network of contacts within the industry provided the unique qualifications that has enabled it to enter the publishing arena in a position of strength.

Snakes & Lattes has been hosting “Game Developer” nights at their bar/café locations for many years. At these exciting events, aspiring game developers, staff, and customers are given the opportunity to showcase their tabletop game creations and receive feedback from players regarding the recurring playability, interest, and general enjoyment of their games. The popularity of the Game Developer nights has grown steadily throughout the years, and a number of the created Game Titles have become huge favorites with our customers and staff alike!

Since the launch of the Publishing Division, the company has been in discussions with multiple game creators with the intention to playtest, produce final product, publish, sell, and distribute newly created game titles. In August 2017, the company received its first publishing contract which included exclusive distribution rights. Snakes & Lattes received a $200,000 signing bonus for agreeing to assist in the entire development cycle. The review and testing stages have since been completed on this game title, and the creative team is currently making improvements prior to the final design stages, production, and the official launch in early 2018.

In August 2017, the company announced that it was in discussions with a distinguished graphic designer with extensive experience in major Hollywood films and TV. This highly talented individual has over 10 years’ experience in entertainment advertising including theatrical, television, home entertainment, and gaming, and he specializes in art direction, typography, retouching, and conceptual design.

The company is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of graphic designer, Daniel Bieber, whose impressive portfolio includes work on film and television titles including; Game Of Thrones, Entourage, San Andreas, Mad Max, Limitless, The Martian, and many more. Daniel will be working with the publishing divisions design team to produce cover art work, packaging, game surfaces/game pieces, and advertising for the newly created game titles. To view examples from Daniel’s portfolio, please visit www.dbieber.com/

We anticipate the first Snakes & Lattes published game titles to be released in calendar Q1 2018. As titles continue to be released, commencing in Q1 2018, management expects the publishing division to generate significant revenue on behalf of the company. “We are very excited about the publishing initiative,” stated CEO, Roger Mortimer. “This is just another example of the company’s ability to expand and create new revenue streams by utilizing our current assets, experience, and networks of strategic partners.”

Further details relating to the publishing division can be expected as they continue to develop.

2). The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System was jointly developed between Amfil Tech and A.C.T.S. Inc. which recently rebranded its technology under Advanced Ozone Integration as an extension of the existing ozone technology being utilized in the food and beverage industry and integrated by A.C.T.S. into companies such as Pepsi, Nestle, Sysco, Sun Pacific and many others. The system is a triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating 99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (like aphids, whiteflies and spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and mold on surfaces, all without chemicals. The unit can also constantly regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the formation of algae, bacteria or mold (allowing for comprehensive water recycling), simultaneously removing the need to use pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat production problems, as is common throughout the industry today. This environmentally-friendly solution also eliminates odors, while slightly reducing the air temperature, lowering energy consumption by the HEPA filtration and HVAC systems and could potentially allow for a facilities process to be labeled certified organic in the U.S.A. when the crop is no longer considered illegal on the federal level, otherwise "Clean Green" or "Certified Kind" in the meantime. The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System recently passed product review by a registered USDA certifying agent for use in California as well as Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
