Mineworx Announces Proposed Extension of Warrant Term


BURNABY, British Columbia, Dec. 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mineworx Technologies Ltd., (the "Company" or "Mineworx") (TSXV:MWX) (OTCQB:MWXRF) (FSE:YRS) (WKN:A2DSW3) will be applying to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the expiry date of 10,541,667 common share purchase warrants that were issued as part of a non-brokered private placement completed by the Company in January 2014. The Warrants are exercisable for common shares of Solid Resources and Iberian Minerals (now Mineworx) at a price of $0.26 per share and were previously extended to the current expiry of January 7, 2018. The Company is proposing to extend the expiry date of the warrants by an additional ten (10) months to 4:30 p.m., Edmonton, Alberta time on November 7, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise price and the accelerated expiry provision, will remain the same. The proposed extension of the expiry is conditional upon the receipt of Exchange approval.
