Renewable Energy Company Aims to Build New Manufacturing Plant and Create Jobs in Florida

MANALAPAN, N.J, Dec. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Street Smart Outdoor Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manalapan based Sun Pacific Holding Corp. (OTCQB: SNPW), today announced its engagement of Suncoast Economic Agency (“SEA”) to help prepare a $30 million raise.

“We have engaged Suncoast Economic Agency with respect to the anticipated I-924 exemplar application and regional center affiliation for our proposed project to be located in the state of Florida,” said Nicholas Campanella, CEO of Sun Pacific Holding Corp. “We aim to build a manufacturing plant with the goal of helping create jobs in the United States. Our focus is on the construction of an assembly facility for our bus shelters as well as the manufacturing and production of our LED and non-glass solar panels for use in our product development and worldwide sales.”

In 1990, Congress created the EB-5 Program, or Immigrant Investor Program as it's officially known, "to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors," according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The USCIS estimates that, since 2012, at least $8.7 billion has been invested in the U.S. economy and 35,150 jobs created through the EB-5 program. Nearly $17 billion in EB-5 funds are ready for redeployment.
