AS "Latvijas balzams" informs that it has received notification from SPI Group S.ar.l., where SPI Group S.ar.l. notified, that its controlled company S.P.I. Regional Business Unit B.V. disposed all its company’s SIA “AMBER BEVERAGE GROUP” owned shares to another SPI Group S.ar.l. controlled company - Amber Beverage Group Holding S.ar.l. As the result of transaction SPI Group S.ar.l. still holds indirectly 6 746 460 shares, or 89,99% AS “Latvijas balzams” voting capital.
