BIOSIG TECHNOLOGIES COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Capital Raised To Support Operational Growth Ahead of Commercial Launch


Santa Monica, CA, Jan. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioSig Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: BSGM), a medical device company developing a proprietary biomedical signal processing platform designed to address an unmet technology need for the $4.6 billion electrophysiology (EP) marketplace, today announced that the Company closed a private placement with proceeds of $4,512,901. 

The Company issued 3,008,607 common shares at a price of $1.50 per share and a half warrant with a 3-year expiration at a cash exercise price of $1.50.
