New 2018 Program Highlights:

Case Studies: April 11 – 13
This year’s conference hosts its largest case study offering to date, featuring impressive new companies such as Microsoft, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Southwest Airlines, Black Board and more. Each cutting-edge case study provides insight into real experiences these organizations have faced, and will take a deep dive into the strategies used and key lessons learned when achieving organizational success.

2-Hour Workshops: April 11 – 13
New 2-hour workshops have been added to the 2018 conference schedule to account for a detailed and hands-on approach to important industry subjects. Spanning two session blocks, these workshops cover topics such as crowdsourcing, strategic service sourcing and team building. Attendees will have ample time to delve into these workshops and learn innovative new skills that can be implemented at their own organizations.

TECHTalk: April 13, 9 – 10 AM
For the first-ever TECHtalk session, Rae Ann Bruno, President of Business Solutions Training, Inc., and Jeff Rumburg, Managing Partner of MetricNet, will answer any and all questions related to staffing desktop support. Attendees will walk away with a proven methodology for determining desktop support headcount, identifying “shifting left” and learning how to become more productive and efficient in the workplace. Ask the Wizard: April 11, 3 – 4 PM
This unique session gives attendees the opportunity to ask the ‘Workforce Management Wizard,’ Todd Gladden, VP of US operations for Planmen Consultancy, LLC, any questions they may have regarding workforce management. Gladden will provide proven strategies and techniques for scheduling, staffing and forecasting in a support organization.
