AFARAK GROUP PLC RECEIVES NOTIFICATION TO WITHDRAW DEMAND OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Afarak Group has received a notification from a group of shareholders, representing 10.86% of shares and voting rights, to withdraw their demand for an extraordinary general meeting and demand for resolutions and proposals for decisions they had presented on the 8th November 2017. The shareholders are:

- Esa Hukkanen
- Petri Suokas
- Tomi Hyttinen
- Taloustieto Incrementum Ky
- Juhani Lemmetti
- Kari Kakkonen
- Antti Kivimaa

- Aarne Simula
- Timo Kankaala
The resolutions presented by the shareholders and inserted as Agenda items 9, 10 and 11 in the invitation to the Extraordinary General Meeting published on 15th December 2017 that are being withdrawn are:
- Agenda Item 9. Demand for conducting a special audit in the Company
- Agenda Item 10. Dismissal of the Board of Directors.
- Agenda Item 11. Election of a new Board of Directors.
Despite of the withdrawal the extraordinary general meeting will be held, as invited, on February 5, 2018 starting at 2:00 p.m. (Finnish time) at Union Square Auditorium (Floor K1) Unioninkatu 22, 00130 Helsinki, Finland.
