The total number of registered shares of nominal value CHF0.02 each in issue as of the date of this notice is 92,920,787
The Company holds 2,990,341 registered shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 89,930,446
The above figure of 89,930,446 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the (Irish) Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Transparency Rules.
