("PVMS"), and MYnd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Arcadian Telepsychiatry Services LLC (“Arcadian”), have entered into an Agreement, expanding PVMS’ and Arcadian’s collaboration. In 2015, Arcadian, through its national network of mental health professionals, served as a resource for PVMS’ SleepMaster Solutions™ (“SMS”) Sleep Apnea Program, providing SMS’ patients with telemedicine consultation services and prescriptions for sleep apnea testing, when indicated. This expanded collaboration is designed to leverage both companies’ respective networks and capabilities, nationwide.
