Lauritz.com A/S has today entered into an agreement for the sale of Rovsingsgade 68 to the company Rovsinggade 68 ApS (CVR nr.: 39363887). The sale is not subject to any conditions, except the usual requirements for real estate transactions related to registration in the land register of the final deed.
The property is sold without any future commitments for Lauritz.com A/S or the rest of the group, at a price of DKK 35.000.000.
The sale of the property will not affect the 2018 result of Lauritz.com A/S, but will improve liquidity by DKK 35.000.000.
