("Core Gold" or the "Company") (TSXV:CGLD) (OTCQX:CGLDF) is pleased to announce that the Company will be exhibiting at the 2018 Prospector & Developer Association of Canada (“PDAC”) Conference, and the granting of stock options.
PDAC 2018
The Company will be exhibiting at the 2018 Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (“PDAC”) Conference to be held on March 4th – 7th, 2018 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Mr. Keith Piggott, CEO of Core Gold will be participating in the Ecuador Day at PDAC on March 5th where he will be presenting at 4:15PM in Room 205D. Company representatives will also be available throughout the conference at booth #2550.
During the conference Mr. Piggott will provide Company updates on its most recent developments and participate in one-on-one meetings with registered conference investors. Registration for these meetings is only for qualified investors, portfolio managers, and private wealth and family office managers.
Stock options
The Company also announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, the Board of Directors has granted 3,525,000 options (“Options”) to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company, at an exercise price of $0.30 per share. The Options are exercisable for a term of five years from the date of the grant. The Options will vest and be exercisable on the basis of 25% at the date of grant, and 25% every 6 months after that.
